Dog Wall Art Makes A Pet Parent's House A Home

Did you know: Looking at dogs increases Oxytocin production by up to 300%, and it applies to photos of dogs, too!

What this means is that simply having photos of your dog on display in your home, you're boosting your own happiness without even knowing it!

So why don't more pet parents do it?

I often check in with past clients who opted to only purchase digital files and they all say the same things.

"We haven't had a chance to do it yet with working and life."

"There's so many options out there that we haven't decided what to get yet."

"Do you have recommendations on where to go?"

The last thing I want for my clients is for them to only enjoy their photos once or twice before they're discarded in a drawer or left in limbo of social media, mixed in with the thousands of other photos of food and their dogs sleeping.

Instead, your gorgeous photos deserve to be on display and enjoyed daily.

For one client, I hung their series of artworks on the wall directly opposite their bedroom door, so their dogs' faces were the first thing they saw after getting up in the morning.

Another client has their artwork hanging in the secondary living-room-turned-dog-lounge along with drawings, paintings and other doggy memorabilia.

Recently I delivered a large 40'' framed canvas for the prime location of above the fireplace.

"Our home now boasts a large picture of our beautiful dog above our fireplace as well as a photo album and a small print in my at home office."

But I know the thought of creating wall art on your own can be overwhelming, which is why I take the hard work out of the process for you.

How Big Should Our Artworks Be?

During the process of working together, I'll ask you to complete some simple homework that involves taking photos of any areas in your home you may think you'll want to hang your gorgeous photos.

From there, I'll be able to show you your favorite photos from your session directly on your own walls! The best part, they'll be perfectly to scale so you can see exactly what size each piece should be.

But we're moving/planning to move

I've got suggestions for that as well, such as most common sizes ordered (Standard and Grand, in the image above) and comparing artwork to the furniture you'll likely be taking along with you on your move.

We Can't Decide Which Ones To Put On Our Wall

This goes back to that homework. You'll be able to see the photos directly on your wall, in whatever arrangements you like. Sometimes a one photo looks much better on the wall then another, or a group of photos flow really well together vs another group.

No need to imagine what it will look like and hope for the best. See it first and then decide.

We Want A Grouping, But Aren't Sure How To Arrange Them

A quick search on Pinterest will show you a flood of different layouts you could try in your home. Yeah, it's overwhelming to me, too.

Let's keep it simple! Below are a few options that clients often opt to purchase. We can also get creative, too, if that's more your style.

Bonus: When you purchase 2 or more pieces of wall art you receive 20% off your wall art order, making it easier to decorate more of your home.
