Tricks for Treats! Dog Market Howl-O-Ween Pawty at The Beer Vault

Halloween came a little early for our puppy dog friends in Gig Harbor!

On Sunday, October 22nd, we hosted a spooktacular vendor market that had tails wagging all around. Held in collaboration with our dear friends at The Beer Vault and Bark Brigade & Co, the event was more than just a market—it was a celebration of community, pets, and the joy of the season.

The Vendors

We were thrilled to be joined by Elle & Nala Design Co, Ruff Seas Treats, and Intoxicated Traveler.

These are businesses we admire not just for their incredible products but also for their commitment to quality and community.

Ruff Seas Treats showcased their homemade, simple ingredient dog treats that were an instant hit, while Elle & Nala Design Co displayed their handcrafted pet accessories along with Bark Brigade & Co. And you can’t go wrong with Intoxicated Traveler’s cups, tumblers and hats!

The Costumed Canines

Of course, the stars of the event were our furry friends dressed in their Halloween best! From superheroes to bats and everything in between, the creativity on display was paw-sitively overwhelming!

Every pet parent had a story behind their dog's costume, and it was beautiful to see the thought and care that went into each ensemble.

Pai here was our costume contest winner!

The Community Spirit

What made the day truly special was the community spirit. Neighbors met neighbors, dogs met their fellow canines, and we all shared a day of smiles, treats, and happy memories. Not to mention, the game was on in the bar, too!

At the core of this event was a desire to bring together local businesses and pet lovers for a day of fall celebration.

We know how much pets mean to their families, and this was a way for us to offer a unique experience that combined fun, shopping, and an opportunity for our furry friends to socialize.

Fall Photos for the Pups

We even had a cute little fall setup for some quick photos for the pups! Most of them were a little uncertain about the whole photo-op thing, but they all did their very best.

We couldn't be more grateful for the turnout, and we're already looking forward to next year’s festivities being bigger and better. Thanks to everyone who made it out, and a special thanks to The Beer Vault and Bark Brigade & Co for making this event a howling success!

We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did, and we can't wait to see you and your four-legged family members at our next event in December (keep an eye out for news about Santa Paws)!
