Capture the Wild in Your Dog

Your Love Turned into Timeless Artwork

Because your dog isn’t just a pet

They’re your shadow on forest trails, your comfort on quiet nights, the soul who always knows what you need without ever asking.

At our studio, we understand how deep that bond runs. That’s why every portrait experience is designed not only to capture your dog’s image, but to preserve the way they make you feel.

Even if they’re shy, wiggly, or wonderfully wild.

With patience, expertise, and a touch of magic, we’ll create artwork that reflects your love in all its messy, perfect beauty.

Because this isn’t about “just getting a few good photos.” It’s about honoring the relationship that makes your life feel full, and turning it into something timeless.

“My dog would never sit still,

and they can’t be off leash, either”

Easily the most common concerns we hear from dog moms considering a photo session for their wild, energetic, zoomie-filled dogs.

Whether they’re hyper, shy, nervous or reactive, we’ll meet them where they are and make sure they’re as comfortable as possible and free to be themselves.

We’ll capture the dog you love, whatever their quirks or personalities. And always safely on leash.

“Marie has been a delight throughout the process! From choosing a location to offering support on shoot day, to edits and hanging the final pieces, everything was so fun and the photos are everything!!!!”

- Jolene’s mom, Julie

“Marie was amazing through the whole process. She did an amazing job in making us feel comfortable and heard on what we wanted for the photos and helping us understand the process. I would recommend to anyone looking for a pet photographer that listens and understands. The results are beyond words.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your pet's safety is very important to me.

90% of the pets that I photograph have leashes and collars on and most places around Washington require pets be on leash.

And honestly, we prefer them to stay on-leash!

All purchased images include professional retouching and leash/collar removal when needed.

  • If you have a dog who is shy, nervous or even a little aggressive, we will discuss their needs in depth and can even schedule a time before your session for a meet and greet.

  • Yes!

We’ve worked with families who have a large pack of their own and been able to provide them with multiple photos of the whole crew together!

And a little secret, they don’t all have to sit together at the same time. 😉

  • Absolutely! We encourage pet parents to be fully involved in their portrait experience including getting in front of the camera.

After all, we have 1000’s of photos of our pets on our phone (most of them while they’re adorably sleeping and not moving) but how many quality images do you have of YOU with your pets?

For couples, I’d also be happy to grab some photos of just the two of you, too!

  • Absolutely! All love is love, the only requirement is that you also have a love for your furry friends.

We also support Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary, a 501©3 rescue based in Seattle that is an LGBTQ led organization with a focus on being accessible and inclusive.

  • How much you spend on your portraits will depend on how many favorites you have and at what scale you would like them printed.

Clients spend on average between $1500 and $6000 on their artwork and experience.

  • Yes, absolutely! Every piece of artwork you purchase comes with the matching high-resolution and low-resolution digital files—so you get the best of both worlds.

“An album is like a favorite book, pulling you into the pages of a story that feels both far away and wonderfully familiar.”
